Gym subscription tiers unlock platform features. Some nav items require both an active subscription and a specific feature token.

Owner exceptions: Tiers nav is always visible to self-service owners. Soft-gated features (POS, invoices, marketplace, …) stay in the nav with an upgrade prompt when the tier lacks them.
